My mom rescued Sam from a woman who works at the nail salon she frequents. The woman had taken the dog from someone who said he couldn't keep it anymore. The woman haden't a clue on how to raise a dog; she fed him dog biscuits frequently, and bathed him daily. My mom rescued him, with the intent on finding him a home... boy, we sure did... with us.
