Happy Birthday

Today was your birthday. This day we always put on the biggest parties. Always did the best treats, and spent the whole day making it all about you. Today is the first time you weren't here. I miss you baby, every day I still find myself looking for you. I still cry daily, though I make sure nobody sees. But today is for you, so I can only hope you are having the great time you would have had here where you are now. I hope you know how much you are loved while you run that path at the rainbow bridge. I love you my Gwydi boy.

I miss you baby dog. Miss you every second of every single day. I try to hold it in so i dont make it harder on those around me, i try. I try to not show the knife in my heart when i wake up and look for you and Brigid. When i go somewhere and first thing i think of is making sure you'll be ok while i am out, or when i need to be back for you. When the storms hit and i think of making sure Brigid isn't going to stress.

we lost him

this afternoon passed one of the best dogs anyone could ever ask for. He went suddenly, passing away in my bedroom. He was running and playing yesterday, this morning prancing like a prince in his kingdom on his morning walk. There was no warning, which means he couldnt have suffered at all before he went. Hug your dogs close, because today i lost the other half of me

This weather is changing fast pups. Trees are all turning colors, its not hot in here all the time. Dad says soon we will be getting snow again. YAYYYYYYY we love snow, so its getting time that mom needs to be getting out our coats again. Hehe Life is sure nice up here. we have momma around lots now since she cannot work in canada, and we have our guy around all the time giving us lots of attention. Its a doggon wonderful life I tell you.

Neighbor downstairs has gotten a new puppy, a husky pup. Cant wait till she is big enough to play with me.

OK, if you guys have never put an ad in the lists for meats, you gotta. Momma got deliveries for days, from one ad! My lunch just now, was a ROAST. Yup, all to myself! Mom normally make s a fancy meal for us, but has been just cooking the meat today in order to make room in the freezer (she will mix it up laters) So she just put down a dish full of meat for us! I LOVE my momma!

New recipes!

WOOOHOOOOOOO! Mom came up with a great score on some organ meats from a butcher, so we are getting some NUMMMMMMY foods made up. She has the giant cauldron sized pots out. You know the ones that take up the whole stove?! LOL

Well, the one she has going right now is : fresh sweet potato, fresh green beans, fresh apple, fresh parsley & mint from the garden, strawberries from the garden, and lamb with chicken gizzards.

Next batch is: beef roast, beef heart, potatoes, fresh green beans, fresh baby carrots, Spinach, Rice

Then its the pork with fresh sweet potato, fresh green beans, fresh apple, fresh parsley & mint from the garden, and cantaloupe!

Can you tell the heat wave is finally over?! *rotfl* Now its time to refill our freezer!

OK, mom is the best mom ever. No more kibble bibble in my bowls. Nope, here on out I get steaks, roasts, ducks, rabbits, chickens, goose, boneless pork chops, eggs, liver..... I can handle the vegetables that she thinks I don't notice so long as this yummy yummy meat stuff keeps on trucking my way! YUM YUM! We get more treats now than we used to too! Plus all the great foods. She even cooks for us when its too hot for her to cook for herself! This is PAWSOME
