We keep having problems getting e-mail notifications to our primary e-mail account. Sometimes we have to use a temporary e-mail account we get notifications. We just started getting notifications to the primary again today, but in the past it does not seem to to last very long and we have to switch to a temporary one.

HQ is working the problem. If anybody else is having problems getting their notifications when you get presents or comments on pictures and diary entries, please let HQ know so maybe they can narrow down the problem. It seems the problems is not just happening just to one e-mail server, but to random ones.

yep, I had problems before and had to change my email, now all of a sudden Im getting emails from Catster but they are all spam.....very weird

You might want to contact HQ, they appreciate messages about any problems members are having. If nobody contacts them they may not know anybody is having problems.

Hi, Abbie -

Quite some time ago we had problems with our primary email account. We are using another primary email account and use that exclusively for Dogster and have had no problems - knock on wood.

Lately we have been experiencing connecting to the internet - it most likely is the crazy weather we had the past couple of days.

It still may not hurt to contact HQ, at least let them know the name of the provider you had the problem with. Some Dogsters or Catster with the same provider may be still having the same problem.
