Oops!November 5th 2012 3:59 pm[ View A Comments (13) ] Mommy left the door to the pantry open and I sort of help myself to some goodies. Mommy bought some cookies to take to her brother on Friday and opened the package and I ate a couple. Mommy said that I will not get any of my treats tonight. It was her fault so I think I should still get some of my birthday treats.
Maybe explain to Mum that if you can reach it.. you do not know it isnt yours. .. and not letting you have treats later wont mean a thing to you as you wont connect the earlier ones.. that you didnt know weren't "yours" with being not allowed anything now. You are not human.. and dont think in human terms..... If it is within your reach it is fair game. Us pups don't know what we can and cannot have. Mommy is extra paranoid and always double checks the pantry door and the cupboard doors before she leaves. She also never and I mean never, leaves anything tempting on the counters. Hrmph! She ruins all my fun! Mommy usually always makes sure the panty door is shut because of my love to exploring to finding goodies. The cookies I found tonight were yummy. Way to go on scoring some cookies! Well I think that you should still be able to get your birthday treats too Mommy tries to limit my snacks to 3 a day. The vet wants me to stay at my current weight and I gain weight to easily so my food and snacks are limited.d Abbie, So glad you enjoyed those cookies! xoxo Annie Our moved our biscutis and all the "good" things up higher.....just incase we think we should help ourself ***smiling*** Mommy only moved them down low for my birthday, they are now on top of the chest and I can't reach it now. Well, I'm glad you got some BEFORE your Mom put them up high! Happy belated birthday Abbie, you look beautiful! I am with you Abbie! You should get your treats anyways. The cookies were left for you and you took some! They should not count against your birthday treats! I just love cookies and treats. Abbie my Momma learned real fast that anything left out, food, gloves, dish towels etc is fair game to me. Daddy is learning but it's taking him longer and I am loving it! BOL! His oily stinky garage gloves were the Best AND HU-BRO'S BASEBALL GLOVE UNLACED REALLY EASY! Jump higher Abbie and see how HIGH your Momma can reach...it's so fun to se them stand on their tippy toes and reach as far as they can! BOL! I don't think I could reach where mommy put the cookies, but I do get some of my birthday snacks everyday and since I don't have to share I still have some left. |
