Abbie has been picking on me and mommy has to keep putting Abbie outside to "chill out" and when she comes back inside she picks on me again!

Since the weather is so nice, she was not in "doggie jail" aka the crate, but if she continues to pick on me she might be put into crate later on tonight.

At least my ears have cleared up and mommy is happy about that.

Maybe Abby is percieving the "chill out" as exclusion.. and so that repeats the cycle. Try a little joint fussing... and if you have to seperate.. make it a fun thing.

Just suggestions......its never easy and you are dealing with a mentality of a 7 year old... and you know how they get !!!

Abbie is actually pending me down and grabbing me by the neck hard. In the past she has bit me hard enough to put deep wounds on me that needed stitches. Mommy has to use lots of forced to get Abbie jaws off of me. As soon as Abbie comes back into the house she immediate attacks me again.

Sounds like a dominance thing is going on with Abbie. I do remember when she bit you hard enough that you needed stitches, Charlie.

That is what the vet says, that it is a dominance thing and since I am getting older and weaker, that she is taking advantage of me.
