Brrr! I need Warm Blankets! ( Winter Time in Oklahoma)

Brrr! It is cold outside.....I feel so very lucky that I get to stay inside and Sleep, Eat, listen to music, sleep, watch movies and eat with my family inside our warm home!
Pawever, I really worry about those other furs out there getting cold in these freezing temps.
My family said that today we are all going to go to the store to buy some new warm blankets for the doggies that are staying outside....(our neighbors)
Oh boy!We are going to give them blankets tonight...Oh can wait to deliver them all and see the pups smile!!!

Wow! I was ill for a week but my furry friends on Dogster have recently sent me some wonderful paw mail and alot of get well kisses and treats. Oh Boy! I am mucho better.

November (Today)

The Choice is mine! I woke up today. (Election Day 11-04-08) Excited over all I Get to do before the clock strikes midnite! I have responsibilities to full fill today.
I am Important. My job is to choose what kind of day I am going to have.
Today, I can complain because the weather in Oklahoma is rainy or...
(Hey, afterall it is Oklahoma!) or I can be Thankful that the grass is getting watered for free.
Today, I can feel sad that I do not have any money or I can be glad that my finances encourage me to (Pray more) or to plan my future purchases more wisely and guide me from waste.
Today, I can grumble about my health or I can rejoice in the Lord that I am alive!
Today, I can lament over all my parents did not give me or I can feel grateful that they allowed me to be born.
Today,I can cry because roses have thorns or I can celebrate that thorns have roses.
Today, I can mourn my lack of friends or I can excitedly embark upon a quest to discover new relationships.
Today, I can whine because I have to go to work or I can shout for joy that I have a job.

Ipawd songs- Rufus -latest pet resort blog

Hi! Happy Howl O Weenie to you my furry and scary fur friends!
Well, I made alot of furry friends this past weekend at the pet resort.
I decided this time during my stay at the resort, to work out more, run more, and swim more this trip.
I took my doggie Ipawed. I mostly listened to the oldies but my mom downloaded some newer songs for me. (Cold play, Maroon Five and Brad Paisley, Bee Gees, and even Olivia Newton John! (she is still hot)
I have to get some sleep zzz now, because it was reported that I was singing out loud again at the resort.
My voice is hoarse. I have been whispering since I got home today. (need some honey and lemon) BOL!

Well, my momma has dunnit again...I am entered in a contest....the "dogster coolest dog contest"
anyway vote for me...let's get contest thing over with...so I can go out and chase the squirrels or the "Girls" Rufus has a crush on Miss Dixie Monroe, Tessa, Venus, and Jessi. (winks all of them*) then runs off...feet off the ground!!!

First Camping Trip! (fishing, sleeping, oh yeah!)

On October 17-19, 2008. I went on my first camping trip with my human family! I got to eat -alot, sleep -alot, fish -alot and I got to Mark -Alot of TREES! I was in "Heaven!"
Whew! There were green trees, yellow trees, red trees and cedar, sycamore trees, and more trees. We went to the Eastern part of Oklahoma called Green Leaf Lake. All Dogs are very Welcome there!
I talked to many other camping doggies...... we barked, marked, shared pet trick secrets. Mostly on how to get more treats from our human moms and dads.
I really loved our private cabin. It was set right off of the camp grounds with our very own fishing dock. There was a cool ramp to run down to the dock. I got to chase my human brother and human sister. I got to pee anywhere and I really loved sniffing all of the fallen leaves, squirrel tracks, fishing stuff, hiking trails, and lots of great Fall smell goods.
We cooked out hotdogs one night and some really big fluffy looking things called marshmellows. I love the hotdogs but the marshmellows were too sticky!!! yuk! I dont like getting that gooey sticky stuff on me.... because I am black and it shows up and then my mom wont let me sleep in her sleeping bag with her. I had fun and I wished that the other dogs on dogster and cats on catster could have gone camping with me!! Maybe Next time!! Talk to you soon!
