Arrival Story:
My mommy found my in a box on the side of the road on her way home one day. My previous owner had left me and my brothers and sisters there with a "free puppies" sign. I was the only one left, so she took me home and said she would fix me up and find me a good home. Only when she got me home, Dad fell in love with me at first sight, and after enough kisses and wags, I convinced Mom to let me stay. And now I have a great big family!

Bio:
We have no idea what kind of dog I am, but the little boy who was guarding my box said that I was a Sharpe, Basenji, Lab mix. Mom also sees some Rotti in me, but I sure am little! So who really knows?! I personally think I am human!

Hello!

The Beach!

I got to go to the beach for the first time a little over a week ago, and let me tell you, I had a BLAST! There was so much sand to explore, funky smelly jittery things to chase and sniff, and those waves! WOW! I wasn't too sure about that at first, they sure do come at you fast! But once you get the hang of them, they are not so bad. I even kind of like chasing them when they roll back into that big water! I got to dig in the sand with my favorite skin kid, run and run, and even chased a few sand creatures. I didn't really like the car ride, but by the end, I settled down pretty good, and boy did I sleep on the way home! Plum tuckered myself out! I didn't even feel like going for my walk that evening, just eat some grub and SLEEP!

Way Cool to Meet You!

I have got to be about the happiest pup ever! I just adore everything, and everyone! Even that snooty cat that smacks me when I get to lovey with her. Isn't she sparky! My Mom and Dad say its just amazing that I am so happy, and love people so much given the first few weeks of my life. But I was pretty little then, and I don't really remember that stuff.

I am still just a baby, and learning tons of new things everyday. Why, just the other day, my big brother Morro taught me how to open the door to the kennel! Its not like we are ever in there anyway, but it could come in handy sometime! I also figured out that if I run right in front of Mom when she is feeding the horses, she can't see me and I can trip her right up so her face is close enough to kiss! Isn't that just the coolest? Plus she spills lots of yummy grain :) I am not suposed to eat it, but a bite now and then never hurt anyone did it?

I am a pretty brave and outgoing little guy, and Mom and Dad think I would make a great service dog. I am not sure what that means, but they are taking me lots of cool places, and showing me lots of neat things, so that when I get older, I am not scared of anything. They also tell me that maybe, if I am really good, I will get to go visit sick kids and elderly people to make them feel better. I am not sure what my future holds, but that sounds like a really neat job for a pup like me.

Anyway, its nice to meet you all! Thanks for visiting, and make sure to check back for lots of new pics coming soon!
