It is finally cool outside

The weather has finally cooled down here and the rain has stopped. The mud is still nice and icky for me to stick my paws in and track all over mom's kichen floor. My favorite, however I must say, is to jump in bed with mom and dad with my wet muddy paws... I leave my mark all over!

Me and my brother had a good birthday. We took a trip to Petsmart and got a couple new toys. Later that night mom went to dinner with her friend and came home with a big giant beef bone and ham shank for each of us. It was so good. I am still carrying my bone around with me...

Mom was really bored the other day and decided to take some pictures of us in her sunglasses... we look pretty cool and I think she is going to post some if you want to take a look.

Hello

It has been a really long time since mom updated our diaries. Tisk tisk mommie! But she has been busy playing with us and spending time on her favorite dog forum. She was recently promoted to a moderator on www.ruffdogs.co.uk so you can come and see lots of pictures and read lots about me on the forum. It is a really nice and friendly place for dog lovers.

We celebrated our second Christmas here and got lots of toys and goodies to eat. My brother and I shared the bone from the Christmas ham… yummmm! Mom took some really funny pictures of us wearing Santa hats and reindeer antlers. A picture of my brother and I was even used for this year’s Christmas card.

Our birthday is coming up next week too… We will be 3 year old on the 14th. I will make sure mom does a better job posting on here!

A NEW SISTER

Today we had a visitor. A lady brought us a new sister. She is a year and a half years old and has a birthday the same week as me and my brother. She is pretty and tall too. She already likes the pond and we swam out there with her for awhile. She is sad because her mom left and doesn't know this is her new home. I feel bad for her because she is crying. We like to play with her already. Once she gets settled in, I know we are going to be best friends.

The Vet

I went to the Vet today. Again. I was just there two weeks ago too (just for shots). Well, me and my brother Brutus were outside in the park and much to our surprise and delight we found a mole trying to burrow into the grass. We just couldn't pass up that opportunity and we dug him up. Well, in the process I got bit on the arm by that stupid little rodent and had to go and get antibiotics just to be safe. It left a nasty ouchy, but mom has been taking care of it and I got a car ride out of the whole ordeal. Zoooom Zoooom!
