My birthday party

I had my birthday party today and alot of my friends showed up with presents. I got all kinds of things from toys to treats. I liked being the center of attention and having people tell me happy birthday. I felt like big stuff!

We had a cake and hamburgers and hot dogs. Too bad it was so hot today. I think we started to melt. Mom was too busy "running things" to take any pictures.

I am absolutely exhausted. I am going to nap on my new bed.

Happy Birthday to me!

Today is my birthday. I don't feel any older today and it is hard to belive I am 4 years old. Mom woke me up singing to me. Between you and me, her singing is horrible. She told my skin brother that we would be going to Petsmart sometime today to pick out my birthday present.

I saw mom making out birthday invitations for my party. She is mailing them to my favorite friends and I hear we will have food and a dog cake and everything!

Greta has not turned out to be the birthday present I was hoping for so lets hope I get something good at Petsmart. I'll let you know what goodies I get.

I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream

I had the best vanilla ice cream cone from DQ today! Mom had to pick up my skin brother at the pool and took Apollo and I with her. We went through the drive thru at DQ and got big ole cones. I was so excited I tried to climb up in mom's lap when she was driving to get a lick. She wasn't happy and made me get in the back seat or I couldn't have any. Man, that ice cream was so good.

The dog park was open tonight and I got to swim and chase balls with my buddies. I am so tired I can harly keep my eyes open. It will take me 2 days to recover (LOL). Well, time to hit the hay.

The long way home

Dad woke mom up early this morning to go for a drive. Something for work I think. Well, That little squirt Apollo usually gets to go for rides with mom, but today was my day.

We drove forever. I sat in the back seat with my paws on the middle console and watched the world go by. I even growled and woofed at a few street workers and a lady pushing a shopping cart. I hung my head out of the window at the gas station too. It was great. I think we were in the car for 3 full hours, there and back. Now I am so pooped out, I have to take a nap.

The Dog Park Today

I had so much fun today at the dog park (Paws Park). A bunch of my friends came out to play and we chased balls into the pond for hours! Mom gave me alot of attention today and I even showed off my tricks for a couple of the other humans there. They all thought I was super cool.

Well, off to sleep on my skin brother's bed. I am pooped out from all the playing and swimming today.
