So Mommy needed to head to town for a couple of things. No problem. I can take care of the place while you are gone Mommy.
Hrmp...I's bet them purrs does that purpose! I's bet they's back there meowing they's heads off cause they's pulled this prank on you's mom! Zoe you needs to get them purrs 'unner control! Wow there is always excitement at your house! Yep, Ceeley, those cats are sumfin else. When Mommy went out to get the mail, sum of her day lily plants Sneezed! Inkspot has a lil hideout in there. Nun of them cats was around when she scooped up some big body parts and guts in the garage and the baby Momba she had swept outta the garage. They probly knew they better lay low. Hammy, most times Mommy jus "deals" with the guts and stuff but snakes is a whole nuther deal. Eeeewwww! You got snakes? Saint Patrick banished them from Ireland hundreds of years ago. When you come on my Mystical Tour of Ireland™ I plan to St Patrick during our meet & greet why he did such a thing!!!!! I only have boring kitty cats and bunnies and stuff here! Yikes! Aren't those things lethally venomous and highly aggressive? Cleo, momma says if she could pick only one place to live it would be Ireland because there are NO snakes. Some snakes are very nasty and not fun to play with at all. Yes, CR, really lethally venomous and stuff. Fur reals. That's why Mommy was carryin on so. Plus she just don't like snakes. Oh, Drover wants to clear things up. He says is was a little garter snake. But Mommy still don't like snakes. Hm...I've never seen a snake. Is it like a squirrel? Or a chipmunk? I have never seen a snake either. I asked Mommy if she has ever seen snakes and she said that other than in captivity she has only seen a few garter snakes in the wild. I don't think Mommy would like to see a dead snake either. Glad to see you were lending your moral support what with all dat barkin'... BOL! Hmmm, moral support. Dat sounds like a good excuse! I've never met a snake although my brother saw one in our yard last month. Mommy was not thrilled...if she had her way, every snake would die. She hates them. Of course, she also grew up in an area where there were a lot of venomous snakes, and she didn't believe in taking chances particularly when some of them can be easily mistaken for another type of snake if you aren't an expert. Fortunately, there doesn't seem to be a lot of snakes here in Michigan. I found a King snake in the jasmine next to our patio last week. Mom made me go in the house while it was shooed back under the fence. She said she wants to keep it close because they get the Rattlesnakes. It was very RUDE of her to make me go in!! I let her know about it too! Zoe it was good of you to let your Momma know you were there for her. I can see the halo over you! Bol!Bol! (shiver), I don't like snakes. Your momma was real brave to deal with it. Mommy would have gone inside and dealt with her errand later. |
