Mommy and me on the road

My life just gets excitnger and excitinger! Last weekend me and Mommy drove-ded to a place called Troy, Mich. to see my Auntie Lisa, and my fur-cousins Jodie and Shanna. It was a long, long, long trip in the car, but I was in my car seat so I was comfy. Me could stand up and see out or curl up and take a nap. Sometimes me would just sit up and stare at Mommy with my big, round eyes. This made her feel guilty, so she would give me treats. Me even got a French fry out of her! Mommy did MOST of the driving (tee-hee!), cause me had to get my rest. Mommy sing-ded to me while she drove and that made me happy -- me LOVES music! When we gots there, me met my cousins, but they didn't want to play with me 'cause me is real little and young and they are old. That was O.K., though, 'cause there was plenty of stuff to look at and do at auntie's house, like play in the back yard and check under all the beds to make sure there wasn't no monsters or nothin'. Then, when Auntie Lisa threw a party, lots of people came and paid attention to me. Boy, was me tired after the party. Me went right to sleep in my crate (which made Mommy happy). Before we knew it, it was time to drive back to Chicago. Mommy says that me was a little angel the whole weekend and that we can take another trip real soon. Me drive, next time.
