Bio:
Talley was in bad shape when I saw her in the shelter—parasites, skin infection, skinny, and so traumatized she was afraid to look at me. I thought she was a Weimaraner mix, and since I grew up with bird dogs hoped she would be a good match for me. But, she didn't behave like any bird dog I had ever seen! I researched 'blue dog, yellow eyes' on the internet and found out she is a pure bred Texas Blue Lacy dog. It's been exciting to learn about the breed's unique characteristics.
