RIP Leslie Nielsen

We are sads... Leslie Nielsen, who was in momma's favorite movie "Airplane!", has passed away at the age of 84. According to The Associated Press, his agent, John S. Kelly, said Mr. Nielsen died at a hospital near his home in Fort Lauderdale, FL where he was being treated for pneumonia.

Surely you will RIP, Dr. Rumack.

Dancing with Bristol Palin

The studio where "Dancing With The Stars" is filmed was evacuated on Friday night when staff found a strange white powder in fanmail.

Reports suggest the substance turned out to be nothing but talcum powder, but it was enough to send producers and studio executives into a panic.

Officials have launched an investigation into the incident.

It is believed the mysterious mail was intended for contestant Bristol Palin, the daughter of former vice president candidate Sarah Palin - but this had yet to be confirmed.

Yeah... it was probably Levi Johnston. Or... pretty much any every other American who refuses to let Bristol Palin win Dancing with the Stars. Bristol. Palin. Really??? Patrick Swayze would roll over in his grave if Bristol Palin beat Jennifer Grey. C'mon!!! It's Baby from "Dirty Dancing"... she has GOT to win.

Desperate Housewife

Eva Longoria has confirmed she's divorcing her husband of three years in a tweet to fans and friends. Longoria filed divorce papers in Los Angeles on Tuesday morning and then took to Twitter.com to tell followers she and husband Tony Parker had split.

She wrote, "It is with great sadness that after 7 years together, Tony and I have decided to divorce. We love each other deeply and pray for each other’s happiness."

Meanwhile, the actress' close friend, host Mario Lopez (A.C. Slater from Saved by the Bell), has revealed she's "devastated" about the split, allegedly brought on by her husband's infidelity.

Lopez claims his pal filed for divorce after discovering Parker had cheated on her with another woman. Longoria allegedly found hundreds of text messages on his cell phone to one of his San Antonio Spurs teammates' wives, proving he had been unfaithful.

Not to be outdone by Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey's engagements (not to each other, of course)... Prince William (the older, balder one - not the younger, hot, ginger one) and his long time squeeze Kate Middleton are engaged as well.

The couple announced its engagement via Twitter (Really?!?!) on Tuesday and then staged a photocall/press conference to show off the diamond-and-sapphire ring and talk about the engagement.

Chestica Simpson is engaged!!! :o) HA! Take that, Nick Lachey (who just recently announced he was engaged as well).
