Birthday: October 6th 2005 Likes: Anything that squeaks! A bungee toy, his rope toy, his toy raccoon... it sqeaks, he likes it. He also likes running, eating, and treats. Pet-Peeves: Being alone and being ignored.... He hates it when we hug anyone without hugging him too :P Favorite Toy: Any toy that squeaks... although he destroys any toy within a few hours from getting it. Favorite Food: Baby carrots, but of course his MOST favorite are his treats. Favorite Walk: Around the block. Best Tricks: He's pretty good at sit and he barks at my door when my mom tells him to call me. He knows how to hi-five and shake hands (or paw, heh) :) Arrival Story: We wanted to adopt a shelter dog and I tried several but none of them would let us at the time because no one was home during the day because of work and school so we ended up buying him from this girl who bought him from a breeder. He's had someone to stay with him all day though shortly after because I started independent study (which is similar to homeschooling). Bio: Larry looks like a mini Border Collie! Some people actually think he is a Border Collie/Pomeranian mix. We were planning on naming him Louie, but he responded better to Larry, his original name. He was born on Oct. 6, 2005, and is Daphne's (#156685
) friend. He is a big black parti-colored Pomeranian. He is usually pretty calm. He is shy at first, but after he gets used to you, he'll follow you around everywhere you go (especially if you have food), asking for a scratch or a treat. He's easily scared and fireworks make him shake. He loves watching my hamsters through the aquarium glass but he's scared once they're on my hand and near him! Today, I went on a car ride to Daphne's house! I got a chance to sit on my mommy's lap in the car, play with Daphne, and explore my mommy's friend's yard.... I enjoyed looking out the car window and watching as we passed people and buildings. It was also really fun, and I am looking forward to visiting Daphne again! Oh, I am also starting to get used to wearing my collar! It isn't so bad, but I still pull on my leash. My mommy says she's getting me a harness tomorrow so I wouldn't choke myself when I pull, and she'd be able to train me on my leash. I don't know why she has to tie me up like this, but she says she has to if I want to be able to walk around my neighborhood.
Okay, well yesterday I got car sick on the way to my new home so I vomited inside my crate and it got my fur all dirty. My mommy wiped me clean with a wet towel, but she bought shampoo the next morning to give me a bath... I'm glad she did! I feel better about myself now, and my coat is fluffier and softer! I can't wait 'til my next bath!
