Birthday: October 4th 2002 Likes: "Helping" her mommy with gardening (she is an expert hole digger as well as a snake & insect deterrent), snuggling with her mommy, playing w/her toys, or watching some of her favorite movies. Pet-Peeves: She hates being told "no" and will argue back. She doesn't like "checky" squirrels who taunt her, fireworks or thunderstorms. Favorite Toy: A stuffed seal that her auntie sent her Favorite Food: Being a dachshund, she loves any food and often time eats things not considered by her mommy to be food (e.g. mice, spiders, poo). Favorite Walk: She likes to runs laps around the back yard, especially if it has snowed and she can make lots of tunnels. In the summer she likes to walk along a little creek near our house and splash in the water. Best Tricks: She watches t.v., anticipating scenes she likes and then "talking" to the characters (for some reason she likes any scene in Sense & Sensibility with Hugh Grant) She loves opening presents & cards, carefully tearing away the paper to reveal what is inside Arrival Story: I have ALWAYS wanted a dachshund so when I moved into a house with a yard, I knew it would just be a matter of time. My mother's dog groomer had a litter of dachshunds and I was lucky enough to get Tosca. When I knelt down in front of the litter, she immediately left the others and came wobbling over to me. She rarely left my arms after that. Bio: I have been ill a lot and Tosca has been my mainstay. She knows when to cuddle close, when to lick away tears or when to do silly things to make me laugh.
