Tomorrow's my Birthday

I feel so lucky, tomorrow is my 5th birthday, and Mommy gets a long weekend. Just because of me! She's calling it Thanksgiving! Boy, am I special.

I hope I get to see all my doggie buddies tomorrow at the park!

I've been Bark Busted!!

Friday night, Mary from Bark Busters came over to help mommy and the boys take leadership of the pack. She spent 4 hours with us.

I don't know if I really like it, I'm a little apprehensive about giving up leadership.

I am trying to trust mommy to lead and protect us. Today, when mommy came home at lunch, I didn't jump on her! This is a good step, because subordinates do not jump on the pack leader!

I have stopped barking at everything in the back yard. I am doing pretty good with walking beside mommy, on our walks. They thing I don't like, is that I can not demand Mommy to play fetch with me. I have to do it on her terms, and that really sucks. I hope Mommy likes the game as much as I do, so we can still play alot!

OK, first we move, now Trixie. How much do I have to put up- with....

Ok, so all that packing, was because we were moving to a new house!
The new house is great, with lots of room for Data and I to play.
But, did Mom really have to get a new puppy!!
We have only had her 1 day, but she is already a pest. I still haven't decided if I like her or not.

What is going on....

Ok, so maybe if i'm really cute and cuddly, Mommy won't pack me into a box like she is everything else in the house!!
I realy wish I knew what we going on!? My human brothers don't seem bothered!?!?

Well, back to my mission of staying out of boxes by snuggling close my family!!

Being Good can be fun too.

Mommy thinks I'm starting to grow up!

She now leaves me out of the create at night, and I don't get into mischeif! See, being good has its rewards! I love cuddling with Mommy, my Human brothers, and the cats!

However, I still get into mischeif from time to time! Last night, while Mommy was out, I got into her personal hygiene products. Boy, she wasn't happy, and the boys won't help clean the mess up that I made!! (hee hee, she still doesn't know how I got into the cupboards!!)

Good thing I'm cute

Mommy says I'm lucky I'm cute, or I would be in big trouble.

Last night, about 5 minutes after Mommy put a new role of toilet paper on the roller, I decided to TP the whole downstairs of the house. There wasn't much toilet paper left on the role when I got done!! (hee hee)

Mommy was mad when she saw it! She even yelled at Data, asking her why she just stands there watching me be bad!!

I love getting into mischief!

Wow, what a great long weekend

Boy, did mommy surprise us. She took us for a very long drive. It felt like forever to me, but she says it only took 1.5 hours.

Mommy took me and Data to her friends cottage! This was a first for me and Data. And the cottage was on a lake.!! As soon as I jumped off the dock the water was over my head, but that's ok, cause I can swim (Yeah me). Mommy and the boys were so proud of me. I had lots of fun swimming with my boys.

It was the greatest, and I love my mommy soooooooo much for taking me with them! Mommy says we will do it again next year. Mommy was also proud because I behaved off leash all weekend. I did venture off to explore, but I always came back when she called.

I might be little, but I can keep up with my big sister.

You might not believe this, but it is true.............

On Sunday, Mommy took Data and I to the dog park in the morning. We were there for about 2 hours. I spent most my time following Data and mommy around. Except when the 3 westies and that other dogs, decided to use me for humping practice! I didn't like that much!!

Then, a couple of hours after week got home, mommy took us for a 2 hours walk! It was great, we went to this pond, and walked around it looking at the birds, ducks and geese. I really wanted to go play with the geese. Mommy let me go into the water a for a minute. She wanted to see if I would go. No problem, I love water! Maybe next time mommy will take an extendable leash, and Data and I can go play in the water a bit!!

After we got home, I napped a bit, but not as much as Data. I guess at 1 year and 3/4's she's getting old. I'm only half a year old!

Later, we went for another walk to the store. This time my Ry walked me. Boy I really love my boy!!

What a week, with both ups and downs

Well, my week didn't start off to good. Mommy took me to the vets again. I had to get 3 shots this time. The first two weren't to bad. But the vet warned me the last one was going to sting. The vet said she had to have 5 rabies shoots before, and knows they sting. Boy, she wasn't kidding! I'm glad I only had to have one of those!

On Saturday, mommy took up all to the dog park again. I like it there now. Though I am a bit nervous when I'm there. I met a lot of nice people there, and I even got to meet one of Data's friends (Jersey). Data and Jersey were wrestling, I wish I could pin Data down the way Jersey does. Maybe if I it all my kibble, I'll get strong like Jersey!!

Well, I had better go eat, I have lots of growing to do. See ya later.

I really starting to like the Totoredaca Dog Park. It's fun. The big dogs are a bit scarry. Mommy took me their twice yesterday. I got to meet a lot of people and dogs.

It help to take my mind off the fact that the boys went away for the weekend. I really love playing with them. I missed them terribly. I hope they don't have to go away to often!
