To be held and cuddled.
He doesn't have any pet peeves. He loves everyone and everything!
He does not play with toys, but loves to sleep in his "tent."
Everything, but especially bananas, or "nanners" as we call them.
All over the neighborhood visiting his other dog and cat friends.
Looking too darned cute!
When his elderly mom passed away and her daughter could not keep him (they didn't allow dogs), she released him to our rescue and even paid my way to fly from Florida to Wisconsin to get him. I knew the moment I saw his picture that he was to be with me. They say that the old folks retire to Florida's beautiful weather, and that's just what Fergus did. He is VERY happy not to have to go out in the snow anymore!
Aside from the trauma of being uprooted, Fergus came from a loving home and has settled in beautifully with the rest of the family, even the cats, and he is very much a lover! They sent all his things with him, including pictures and movies. So he feels at home and I feel I've known him all his life. Sadly, on September 1, 2007, he left us to join his mom, brother, and all his friends at the Rainbow Bridge. Bless you on your journey, my little man! We miss you! :(*********

This is in loving memory of my mom, Teasel, my brother, Ren, and sister-by-proxy, Jo-Jo, who have crossed the Rainbow Bridge before me. It was fun growing up with my doggy family! Jo-Jo and I loved chasing squirrels! In the pictures above, you can see me sunning myself with my mom and Ren, and in the bottom picture, mom and I are taking a nap in the sun, which was a wonderful thing in Minnesota where we lived! I miss them and my human family very much, but I do love the weather here in Florida! And my new mom gives me treats, keeps me warm and comfy, and let's me curl up in her lap whenever I want to, and gives me ZERBERTS! (razzzzzzzzberries) on my neck. I LOVE that! We even get to go for walks and meet other doggies and kitty friends around our neighborhood.
Now I have a Chinese Crested sister and brother, and kitty sisters, and lots of comfy beds, blankies, coats, sweaters, shirts, & jammies to keep me warm in the Florida winters (when it gets way down into the 60s!). I love my new family, but I will always remember everyone who has helped to make my life so special!
