Not feeling well

I have another large lump but this one is on my back. Mommy said that it seems to be a "fatty tissue" this time and not another tumor. I hope she's right. I've been coughing a lot lately, too, and it's getting harder to walk. It hurts. Mommy said she is going to take me back to the doctor, but she's afraid of what will happen because I'm over 16 years old. I hope I feel better soon.
