Leave a bone for Leela

Nicknames: Leelee, Beeboo, Polywog

Quick Bio:
Likes: Chasing frogs, any soft toy that squeaks, soft bed sheets, her human daddy.

Pet-Peeves: Baths, birds, attention given to anyone but her.

Favorite Toy: Leela's toys vary. Today it's a stuffed doughnut with a squeaker.

Favorite Food: Dried chicken breast, cooked chicken breast, alpo chicken treats, Iams.

Favorite Walk: All around the garden pond.

Arrival Story: We adopted Leela in 200o because we wanted a puppy that didn't shed. But now, it seems like she adopted us! We didn't even see her but agreed to take her, sight unseen, over the phone. It was the best thing we ever did. She has a human mom, dad, sister and brother! Bubba, from Saint Clair, is her cousin! She's a pug and much calmer than Leelee! :-)

Bio: Leela is very nervous. So, we have to try to keep her calm. The best thing for her anxiety is a belly rub.

Today my mom has kept me in the house because I keep jumping on dad's baby plants. It's just that stupid red squirrel is driving me crazy....still! I really wish mom would put the food away. This yard is NOT big enough for both of us. I must admit that napping and sunning myself is not all that bad, though. More later.

Today I am having touble eating and sleeping. A red squirrel has moved into my yard and is driving me crazy. (So much that I forget why I am outside in the first place!) I guess I feel like distracted humans who forget whether or not they've washed their hair in the shower. Anyway, hopefully, tomorrow I'll feel better. If I didn't know any better, I would think it stares at me and screams on purpose! My human mother feeds it peanuts. I hate that. More later.
