Underwear Streak!

All of us got greenies today. Mama gave us greenies because we were being "crazy" and she needed 10 minutes of peace. Well, I am notorious in my house for hiding these greenies and burying them throughout the house. Mama just left a hamper basket full of clean and folded laundry out in the hall way. Well, it looked like a good hiding spot so I buried my greenie in the basket. And... it's easy to protect the basket from my sisters so that they don't steal my greenie. Anyhow... after about 30 minutes or so passed... Cookie had finished her greenie and came upstairs .... Cookie came way too close to the basket where my greenie was...

It was way too unsafe to keep my greenie there. I felt that Co0kie was going to steal my greenie when I wasn't looking... I went back into the laundry basket fished out a greenie and a pair of mama's pink underwear...

Daddy was downstairs watching TV... I came down biting down on a greenie and a pair of pink panties. Mama was chasing me ... I thought she was trying to steal my greenie... and it was a great game of chase... Daddy was laughing and ran to get his camera... Mama was embarrassed.

No more playing in piles of clothing or laundry for me...

Bad Puppy?

Don't tell mommy but I've been sneaking up on the dining room table during the day... Mommy was suspicious b/c she could see puppy trails ("circumstantial evidence") on the dining room table. Well, it took a little while and Mommy finally found "HARD" evidence that I have been playing on the Dining room table while mom is at work. Mom bought a box of tampons from CVS and left a packet of kleenex on the table. Well, when mommy came home last week... she walked into the living room and saw cotton fluffys all over the place... then she saw ripped up plastic tampon wrappers all over the place... then... she saw the tampon box on the dining room table that was shredded. oooooooh... Mommy was so mad. I hid in my dog house until mommy cleaned up everything and told her I was sorry later. Guess what mommy did so that I can't climb up on the table! All the chairs are pulled out so that I can't jump onto the table while mommy is away. I know I am not supposed to be up there... I am definitely "Cunning and Sneaky"

Speak!

Well... since I talk sooo much and I always have something to say or something to do. My mommy thought it might be a good idea to link the word "SPEAK" to my yip yappy-"ness". Well, so far it's taken me a bit to understand that when Mommy says "SPEAK"... she wants me to "Raaaf" as loud as I can.

Right now... when Mommy asks me to "SPEAK"... I begin with a sneeze-like bark. Then she asks me to "SPEAK" again and it turns into a cough. The 3rd time is usually when I get it right... I like to challenge my mommy and try to do it may way... but when she's got a treat... I gotta "SPEAK" so I can have my treat as soon as possible.

If I were compared to any other animal ... I would be best related to the following:

1) Butterfly - They are always fluttering about from flower to flower. They are also pretty. Their colors are very vibrant and you can notice them anywhere.
2) Humming Bird - they never rest. They also flutter about and hummingbirds are also very pretty. Sometimes they move so fast... you miss them... Chloe is like that sometimes...

Found a New Buddy

Last Thursday I found a toad in the back yard and carried my friend back into the house. My daddy didn't know I brought a buddy back into the house... after a few minutes... my daddy saw something hop behind the TV and I followed my new buddy... Daddy had to catch the toad and it went pee pee in his hand. The toad was released back into the yard by the stream. I'm 5lbs but can carry buddies that are half my size. I am alot of dog for my 5 lbs.

Vacation!!!

What a week! I spent 10 days with Uncle Ben and Aunt Jen's house! The were the bestest ever and gave me lots and lots of attention. Mommy had to attend a Service Conference in Orlando, FL and left me with great caretakers! We had soooo much fun... other than a few accidents the 1st couple days... after I settled in, it was all about fun. My sisters and I went on long walks in the morning and I was fed delicious "CHICKEN".

I saw mommy yesterday for the 1st time and I think I licked her for about an hour b/c I missed her sooooooo much.... I wouldn't leave her out of my sight even though I got a greenie. I carried it around everywhere she was... =)

Mommy came back from Walt Disney World and brought back a Mickey Mouse hat and cinderella shirts made for doggies from Walt Disney. After mommy unpacks all her luggage, she's going to take pictures of me in my new clothes and my hat! Check me out on Dogster... updated picks will be coming soon!

I have to say one more thing... "Sorry about the treats in the bag..." while mommy was sleeping, I got into my luggage from Uncle Ben and Aunt Jen's house and ate right through the ziplock bag and ate about 4 pupperoni treats. Mommy wasn't too happy when she woke up to the crackling sounds of plastic 3 a.m. in the morning and saw what I did. But I'm cute. So, it's ok.

Snow!

This Saturday, we got a big snowstorm. About 6-8 inches of snow. I don't like it b/c I have to hop around. I can't move in the snow and it makes me cold... Mommy puts jackets and sweaters on me so I'm warm but it makes me all static clingy and my hair just floats in the air like a big fro.

I got a new sweater but people think I'm a boy in it. Maybe b/c it's blue.

Visiting "Ben"

We went to go see Ben at Matt's house this past Sunday. I gave Ben kisses on his mouth... Ben loves little dogs like me. My sister Mimi doesn't really like Ben. She is scared of the gentle giant. Anyhow, I never like anyone but my mommy but I actually sat on Matt's friends lap for about 15 minutes. Then I decided that he's not as great as my mommy. I stuck by mommy after that. I don't think I want anyone else to hold me (ever again!)

I look so tough~

Today was an interesting morning. I'm about 4lbs of terror (actually, all about love). My neighbor, the nice lady from india, screamed to the top of her lungs this morning b/c I wanted to run up to her and sniff her shoe. I guess she's terrified of all dogs. It scared mommy too. Mommy tightened the leash and I coughed a bit. Mommy said that I have to understand that not all people have good experiences with doggies. Even the little tiny ones are terrifying. I felt bad for the poor lady. However, mommy said that if she would have hurt me in any way... she would have become very angry.

Mom is off this entire week from work and she's been babying all of us. She snuck me into Target the other day and I got a huge princess bed. I peaked... I know it was a X-Mas gift. Oh well... but I didn't get a chance to see what else she got. I was in a doggie tote wrapped up in my baby blanket. Then we went to Jakes Dog House and picked out some gifts for Cookie and Mimi. I know what they are getting for X-mas. We also got some Corgi Connolis, Liver Pawts and a bunch of other baked goods that we gobbled up.

We also went to the mall and the ladies at Nordstrom, Nieman Marcus, and Saks were so nice. They gave me kisses and love. Mommy's hoping that daddy will get her a nice doggie tote from Fifi and Romeo. All girls must stay stylish.

Separation Anxiety

It's been quite a hectic week. I haven't seen too much of mommy b/c she has been working crazy hours at the office. She likes to sneak me into the office every once in a while. I'm very good. I don't come out of my carrier and I'm so content with being next to my mommy that I just sleep the entire time.

Daddy's been baby sitting but he's not mommy. I spent Saturday with Mommy in the office and I was very good. I slept on my pillow on mommy's desk. She even gave me a greenie and treats. We did get locked out during a potty break but someone let us back in. whew~

I have a new thing too~ I like pulling the baby blankets and pillows out of the dog beds. Also, I enjoy pulling out all the toys I can carry out of the toy bin and leaving them everywhere! This never happened with Mimi or Cookie because they are good but I like to let mommy know that I am a Yorkie. Plus... I got to trick the other two so that they will never find my hidden greenies!
