Arrival Story:
On January 11th, 2000, there was an ad in the paper, so I went over to look at the pups and Millie just happened to be the first girl who came up to me...I knew I wanted a girl...the rest is history...she came to me at a time when I was naive as to backyard breeders. I wouldn't trade Millie for anything in the world, but I'll never support a backyard breeder ever again. Millie has been diagnosed with Hystiocytic Sarcoma (Cancer), The tumor was removed, but the margins were not clean (meaning they did not get it all)...they can't seem to find it anywhere, but it may have spread to her brain. She is doing well now, and we are just watching her to make sure she is happy...she is almost 7 years old now....so long as she is happy, we will let her be.... UPDATE: We let Millie go to Rainbow Bridge on 12/4/06, at 7 years and 2 days old.....she was not doing good and is now pain free and running happy.
