The worst day of my life.....

Ok it started out as a usual day, me sleepin and Mom was home today. Then.....THEN.....Buddy got food and the gate to the kitchen went up and I tried to get in but it wasn't happening. WHAT NO FOOD AND NO WATER???? hmmmm ... It was early, much earlier than we usually get our food but Mom's working so our times change for the food schedule sometimes. I'm still thinkin there must be a suprise surely there must be a suprise. YUP there was a suprise I was going "by by" in the "car car" and little Buddy was staying home. Ok that's cool. Boy did Buddy raise cane, he yelped and barked like somebody was chokin him as he watched us drive away from the window. Maybe we're going to get that scrumpcious hamburger or something at the Burger place. Maybe it's my birthday and I didn't know it sure I forgot. Yeah that's got to be it. Mom is spending the day with me. ahhhhh....we toodled down the road and it was awesome. Me and Mom, spending the day, and cool things to look at. hmmmm we passed by the Burger King, it's the only hamburger place here. Ok maybe there's another place yeah that's it. Ok we still go down the road, past the little bunnies that are always out, past the slow pokey tourist place by the water, ok still no hamburger and I'm getting hungry but I'm not complaining cause I'm with Mom. Ok we are driving at a fast speed now so I lay down and think maybe we're going to see our Dad. Yeah that's it we're goin to see Dad she's gonna do that then go get the hamburger. Sure...ok here's a stop. Uups that's the place we came the other day that nice vet doctor man is here. Ok in we go, sniff the aroma of the dog food bags....ahhhhh....still no food. Welp we said hello and now it's time to go I head to the door. Dad's work is just right up the road so we're going there just like we did the other day. Yup, hmmm nope I'm at the door and they say come back. Mom says "Goofy can you show the lady how you smile?" Yup so me comes over and raises my lips and smiles and she laughs. Ok now we go right??? Nope she's taking my leash and MOM IS SAYING GOOD BY!!!!! I get a kiss on the head and she gives me a kiss on my widdle nose. Oh no this isn't happening....I smiled and everything. This isn't good. Maybe it's just a short visit. Yeah that's it. Ok where am I. I'm a little wobbly, here's Dad, where did Mom go. Boy am I confused. I don't feel good either. What did they do to my teeth? Cleaned them too??? what happened to my back and what the heck is this cone thing on my head. DAD HELP!!!! Me heads out the door pulling Dad in tow to the car, lets get outta here quick. Somebody helped lift me in the car don't remember who and home we come. I hear Mom on the phone in the car on the way home. MOM is that you I raise my head. Don't see Mom but hear her. hmmm See Dad tho he's driving where is Mom???
We get home here's Mom, oops still wobbly. Mom puts these steps up to the seat for me to get out, thank goodness. Where's Buddy? He's gonna jump all over me. I know he missed me. I still don't see no hamburger and I'm hungry. Don't see Buddy either. Up the steps we go I have to walk 3 flights to get to the top living area. Darn steps. Hit the cone on the way up and Mom tries to hold it up so I won't hit the steps on the way up. Stop in the middle of the steps but I can make it. Surely they're gonna feed me now!!!! I haven't had any food all day and everyone knows how I like food......FOOD AND MORE FOOD.....head right to the kitchen. YUP FOOD!!! rice and something. Is this all I get??? hmmm....Ok I'll eat this and lay down I'm tired and had a big day. Oh yeah where is Buddy? I walk over to Buddy he is just sitting looking at me. Do I look funny or something? He's sniffin me...do I smell funny??? He's really sniffin me an backing off like he doesn't like me....ooop ooop...here he comes right to my nose inside this giant silly cone.....yup kiss on the nose, he gives me a kiss on the nose. Thank you Buddy thank you for my big kiss. I missed you too little buddy I did. I don't know what happened to me. Do you?
