An Eminent Enigma

Humans. . . .

I don't know whether or not we,as canids,will ever be able to grasp the perplexing phenomenon of humanity.I watch in complete stillness,marveling at their contradictory mannerisms and complicated form of communication.They exchange words mindlessly without a cogitation of their own body language.They seem to be obsessed with the action of grooming,at times doing so for hours at a time.They greet eachother in the rudest of ways.They want to make us humans,too.

My main human & I were up at the park today.I was searching for some stimulation and I came across a captivating aroma.To my delight,there was a deceased squirrel that was saturating in the ground.I dropped myself on the ground,covering myself in the pleasant scent,only to be called off it the middle of it.I continued my rolling until I was satisfied.I then returned to the human and was sent off sniffing once more.We then returned home,and the human turned on the hose.Expecting a horrible bath,I started to walk away,only to find I was tied to something ahead of time.She brought me over and rubbed me with repulsive goo and ruined my fur.She proceeded to spray me with water,and then drug me over and put me on a table dry me off with a machine and a cloth.I was then allowed to recuperate from the horrible experience by eating and sleeping on my bed.

Word to the wise,
resist yourself.

Squirrels!

I don't like squirrels at all!
Okay.I was in the backyard.This little thing started making this weird noise..it's hard to discribe.I looked up and saw this ratty thing with a big fluffy tail,so I started barking to alert The Mom so she could kill it.But she just ran & got the flashy machine.I think she tried to blind it,but it didn't work.I really wanted to get that thing!The Mom made me stop & she let it run to the next yard.Hopefully those dogs next door have their rabies shot!The Mom says I just have to deal with it.I'm not allowed to kill small animals,because she doesn't want me to hurt the cats. :-(

Great Day!

I just love this day!Today I got to wrestle with Max,a supposed lab x pointer mix like me.I love playing with him,because he doesn't get to rough but is very,very fun to play with.I haven't played with his for,like,forever!I also played with this cute standard poodle named Rosie,or "Ro-Ro",but it didn't start out as a friendship as she felt posessive over Max,and started to bark and growl at me.Turns out that is just how she played and she was wanting to play with me,but Mom wasn't taking any chances.So,while we both shared time with Max,Mom reindouced us and we got along great.She wasn't very playful,but I got her to play soon and guess what?I also got to see Radie!She didn't know the other dogs,so naturally she sat by,eh-under me for a while,but her Mom took her in because she started to bite Rosie.Nothing else went on today,but I was happy that I got to play with some old friends and make some new ones.

Hiiiiiiiiiiii again!

Hi guys!I'm slowly making my way back to dogster.
I've grown a bit,moma says I won't grow very much anymore but I am going to try even harder!.
I'm sorta sad though 'cuz my best friend is in heat and she can't play with me,shheeeessh!It's not like I'm not neutered.
Anyway,I've been playing wit this old dog up at the park,she get's angry sometimes but she is a Lab too and she's so fun to harass.
I really hope I can get a sis or a brother...mom says she might get a Aussie and I don't know what they are but I'm soooooooo happy anyway!
Gotta go eat something,buh bye!

Whoohoo!

I've been getting rosettes,pals,bones and other things lately!I got to play with a new friend,his name is Rocky.He is pretty old though,his a purebred pug.And he's 11 years old,but he is still fun to play with!The only problem is his dragon breath,oh well.Alot of dogs have that problem.

Another day...

We went tot the creek yesturday with my friend Speckles,I don't really like to swim.My mommy says it was weird,but she doesn't care.I am really tired now,and I dread baths now.But I still have to take them,anyway my mom found my bear that had it's head in the waterbowl.She said it looked like I put it there so I could let it have a drink.Well,thats all for now.

Yay!

Yesturday,my mommy's friend brought over her JRT,Speckles for his birthday!Were best friends!But Speckles can get a bit rough,anyway.They showed off our tricks,Speckles knows up,sit,stay and paw.I wish I knew all of those tricks!They sound cool,but mommy's training me paw too.But she doesn't like up because it makes dogs jump up on people,which she doesn't like!Well,Buddy's getting alot more used to me,which is good.Since I love kitties!

Just a normal day

Today I tried to make friends with Amber,but she hates me and I gave up for today.I got to go to the park and saw a big lab and I played with her,I stayed up at the park until 8 PM and I got to stay in the backyard until 11 PM!
