the year has gone by so fast
it seems like yesterday,we still miss you after having you for 13 Years

It has been a year today that I lost my Furby
one of the few things in my life that really mattered.
It has truly been one of the hardest loss I have yet encountered and although you try each day to adjust, the pain is still as profound as it was a year ago.
I miss you Furby so much
you are always in my thoughts and heart.
You were so special and will never be replaced, you were an angel and I would not have changed a thing. I am struggling to find the words to express how I felt about you as nothing seems to remotely touch the surface. All I know is you were the light of my life and when you passed the light went out.

As I'm writing you this message,
You won't believe all the things I see.
Mom and Dad Rainbow Bridge so beautiful,
And it's now where you can find me.
The angels are all so wonderful,
And God is indeed my guiding light.
He opened up his arms to me,
When I arrived my first night.
He said Furby don't you worry
You have truly come home.
To make it even more special,
You'll never guess what they've done.
They arranged my first birthday celebration,
Right here At Rainbow Bridge
Everything seems so perfect,
But something's still not quite right.
It's the both of you I'm missing,
To help make my birthday bright.
It would be so amazing,
If you both could be with me.
Helping me celebrate my birthday,
With my new heavenly family.
I know the day will come,
When we will be together again,
But until that time comes,

I HAVEN’T LEFT AT ALL
I saw you gently weeping as you looked through photographs
You paused for just a moment at one that made you laugh.
But as you turned more pages the tears began to flow
You whispered that you missed me but I want you to know;
I softly licked those stinging tears that ran down your cheeks
I want to help you understand I haven’t left at all.
On those days that you are overcome with sorrow, pain and grief
I rest my head upon your leg to offer some relief.
When you take our walking path I’ve seen you turn around
Because I know you surely heard my paws upon the ground.
At night while you are sleeping I snuggle at your side
You stroke my fur as you touch that place where I used to lie.
You said it’s just your heart playing tricks upon your mind
But rest assured I’m really there, my spirit’s left behind.
