My Brother Cheese

I love my little brother Cheese. He's a weird one. He squirms and bounces all day long, but when we lay down to rest, he'll tuck his head under my shoulder.

Cheese didn't have a good start in life. Someone tortured him and cut his ears off. He used to cower and shake, and do little drizzles all over the floor, he was so scared.

But he grew to love us. He started to ask my mom and dad for pets. He started to play and dance and shake hands. He started to nap with me.

Just like me, my brother Cheese was an unwanted pup. So I lick his head when he naps with me, and I curl up beside him, 'cause I know that sometimes all you need is a warm body next to you to let you know that things are okay.
