Mom has been reading up on prostate infections in male dogs and she doesn't like what she is reading. Mommy had one of her bad headaches today, so after we got home, we both laid down in the den and had a nice snooze. Thank you for all the good wishes. I know they helped! Hang in there all of you... Mommy just got a call from the vet regarding my culture and sensitivity results. It appears that nasty E. coli has moved from my bladder to my prostate. There is a refill waiting for me at the vet's and this time I will be on medication for a total of 8 weeks. We certainly hope that this will wipe out that nasty infection once and for all. REALLY hoping this will get to the end of all this now Sweet Boy... Hugssssssssssss Poor Buddy! You've had a time of it haven't you. I hope this will get rid of all these problems once and for all. I understand completely about having to take pills all the time. Sending feel better hugs to you from us down here in Texas! :) |
