Wanted to get a new companion for Tasha,my first basset when Gitte the German Shepard died. Tasha was greeving very badly. So I went looking for a puppy but got told about this dog, Clara, that desperately needed a forever-home. She had been badly abused in a previous home and now lived in a fosterhome. When I met Clara for the first time it was mutual love at first sight. So I was the lucky one to be able to give this grand lady her forever-home.
Clara left for The Bridge on the 14th of June, 2007.

Had been abused before she came to us. Was scared of loud voices,quick moving arms ,rolled up newspapers , flyswatters , collars etc.
But not anymore!
