My First Year At The Rainbow Bridge

October 11th 2009 marked my first year at the Rainbow Bridge. I miss my family and furends, but I made some new ones here who I love dearly.

I want to take the time to thank every fur and every body who thought of me on my crossing day. Thank you for the gifts, the messages and love.

I want to thank The Wonderful Group-Rainbow Bridge Angel Babies for making me Angel of the Week. It made things even better for me, knowing there are doggies and kitties who love and care about me. The Dogster Group Rainbow Bridge Angel Babies is AMAZING. Thank you all.

Without Dogster I do not know what I will do. Thank you Dogster for giving me the oppertunity to make new furends.

I want to say hi to my family-Mommy, Daddy, Janine, Amanda and Jordan-(dogster id: 809321). I miss you all and I am watching over you every day. I love you all more then anything.

My family is still saddend but they know Im in a better place.

Chatchi went to the bridge this morning

Chatchi went to the bridge this morning. He has been sick for a while. His kidneys were shutting down. Last night he vomited. Last night and this morning, he was making weird noises. So my dad took him to the vets. The vet said his kidneys were shut down and he was coming down with amonia. So it was for the best that he went to the Bridge where he wont have to suffer anymore.

He is NOT leaving dogster. He has many friends here, so he will not leave them.

He will like to thank all his furends on here. You furs and famlies have been good to him. He will be watching down on you all.

My Hometown-Grandy, NC

My hometown is a small town. It is Grandy, North Carolina. I dont know if I will call that a hometown since it is so small. hehe. It is near the Outerbanks of North Carolina. I live a few feet away from the Currituck Sound and 20 minutes away from the Atlantic Ocean. There is lots to do in the Outerbanks and on the Currituck Sound. There is swimming, fishing, boating, jet skiing and many many more. At the Outerbanks there is a lot of shopping, yummy resturants, seafood, and of course the beach. At the beach you can chill and relax or cool off in the ocean or even take your dog for a good walk. The Outerbanks is a fun filled place. You will never get bored. The weather is always nice and enjoyable.

I dont have any favorite walks and I dont go to a groomer, my family grooms me. My favorite walk is being around the house with my family. I went to the beach a few time, but I dont get to go as much. When I went to the beach I had a blast each time. I really want to go back.

There is no place like Grandy, NC and the Outerbanks.

Chatchi News

This is Chatchi's sissy writing this up. I got this message from my dad on myspace and its about chatchi.

I had them do some blood work on him while they had him, the doctor suggested we try cutting him down to 1 pill a day, 1/2 in the morning and the other 1/2 in the evening.
Also the blood work came back and showed that with his age and all that his Kidneys are starting to fail on him. The doctor said this is kind of normal for a dog his age. I am going to go up to the vets tomorrow and get some kidney diet food for him. The doctor said that as long as he is eating good, and not peeing on himself, that he would not worry to much about for now, but when he does start doing that, then he said we may want to start thinking about putting him down.
How long he has the doctor said he could not say,
so, for now he is doing ok and guess we just get to watch him. other then that, there is not much else we can do.


Just wish him well and I will keep you updated.

I am back to my normal self. I was even begging from Janine's parents for left over Chinese food. Yummy! Im glad to be back !!!!11

Well...

Im going to be okay after all. Woof Im sorry for scaring yall. I should be back to normal in a few days. I cant wait till then.

My Tail of Devotion for Chatchi

I met Chatchi when I adopted him in October 1992. We got him after his brother Scruffy passed away. Since then Chatchi has been my best friend and has been there for me through the ups and downs. Chatchi is the only true friend I got. Chatchi is my life and my everything. When It came time for me to move away, I had to leave Chatchi. It was the hardest thing I had to do. But Chatchi is in my heart. I visit him from time to time and he is so happy to see him. Everyday I look forward to seeing my dear Chatchi. He means the world to me. He is my best friend and I will never trade him for the world. I love Chatchi more then anything. Hes is my love and my life. No one and nothing will come between us. Chatchi, I love you and thank you for being my best friend.
