Update

Hi Everyone! Yes, it has been a very long time since we spoke last. Mommy and I have been coping with some sad times. On May 30th, 2008 my Daddy passed away and now it is just Mom and me (oh! and the cat brothers). We are getting by, but it has been hard and it seems like just yesterday we were all together....Not to worry though, because Mom and I have each other and are hanging tough. Daddy would have wanted that...

Yappy Valentine's Day!!

Wow! It's been a long time since I have wrote anything (blame it on Mom!). I hope you all have been well, I am a much bigger boy now! Almost 75 pounds! In fact Mom has me eating Blue Buffalo weight control since my doc wants me to be between 65-70 pounds. I like it though, so if Mom walks me more and more and more and more (you get the idea) it will all be gooooood!!!
I do have sad news......in April 2006 we lost brother Bugsy our rabbit brother and in December 2007 my big cat brother Spike (he was 20 years) went over the Rainbow Bridge also. We all misses them but know they had a good life full of love.
This my kind of weather,
cold and with snow, the rain.....not so good, Mom won't believe me when I say I no have to pee when it rains so she drags me out anyways.
The rain....it's like baths ......YUCk!!!
Hope you all had a very YAPPY Valentines Day, but remember, no chocolates or flower eatin' (it'll make you sick, I know, I ates a envelope of hot cocoa mix, envelope too and I was sick for a week!) That was baaaaddd!!!

Yappy New Year!

Hi everyone! Yappy New Year!
I am now 15 months old and learning lots of new things! Unfortunately for mom some are things she would rather do without. My mom has been training puppies and dogs at her job at Petsmart in addition to washing them too, but because I am very protective of her she says I can't be her demo dog anymore. Darn! I like to play with the other dogs but they don't get that I am in charge in the store. You know, my mom, my toys, my treats, my store! Whats so hard about that? So mom says I have to learn a new job this summer, like how to find lost people and stuff.
I like jobs so I will try my best to do good. I have new pup pals now since mom has been telling her pupils about dogster and maybe someday I can even have play dates with them. Got a bath last week but have pretty much gotten rid of that nasty clean dog smell !!! See ya all in the spring !

I'm A Big Boy Now!!!

Well.... I'm not all grown up yet but now I weigh 55 lbs!!! Mom says I am a real strong boy, especially when she is walking me. Funny she doesn't understand that it is supposed to be the other way around.
Even though I was born in the winter, I am liking summer just fine. Except for the really, really hot days....then it makes me pant alot. Those days I sleep on the sofa and watch TV in front of that air conditioner thing. I don't know if it conditions the air but it sure does make it colder!
Mom wants to take me to do something called swimming..... I'm not sure but I think it has something to do with water. Hope it isn't like baths, it takes me a lot of hard work to get that good doggie smell down just right. Well, I'll let you know if I like it or not.
To all my pals out there, hope you are enjoying your summer or winter for my pals down under. And make sure your parents get you that flea stuff so you won't get bit!!!

Another Snowstorm Yippee!!!

Mom and I went to McDonalds this morning to get Daddy breakfast (well us too, I got a breakfast burrito!) and it was already snowing at 7:30!!! I was soooo excited!
I like to play "King of the Hill" on the snow banks and rub my face in the snow (helps those annoying teething pains). Puppy kindergarten was cancelled again
:>(. Darn! I miss playing with Count, he is a Yellow Lab boy who is about my age and we really make the class Rock n Roll!!! Dad went to do laundry and Mom and I cleaned up the house a bit, then they left me and went to lunch ( I have NO IDEA why restaurants won't let me in! I'm a polite boy!) But AFTER.... Mom and I went out to play and for a nice walk!
Mommy made me come in because she said her hands hurt ( she is not as tough as me!) and Daddy fell asleep in his chair. Well, after all that running and jumping, I started gettin a little sleepy myself.....So it didn't really matter when Mom helped me into my crate bed, after all, all my cat brothers were sleeping too! It is still snowing hard out there and if I am good I am sure Mom will take me out for another walk later tonite ( hope she wears thicker gloves!) Until then I am happy, warm and snoozing....I got the life!!!!
