So far they are sit, down, give me your paw and stay. She also can walk on her hind legs earning her the nick name of "Circus Dog".

Arrival Story:
My husband found Kita wandering outside of our local Publix supermarket. He looked for her owner and posted fliers about a found dog. Nobody called. We took her to the vet for a rabies shot and to see if she'd been spayed. She was not spayed. We set up an appointment to have her spayed and the clinic requires a heartworm test before spaying...........Kita tested positive. Luckily I'd cashed in my 401K and we opted to treat her. OMG, the shots are VERY painful on a dog! Tomorrow we go back for a blood test and I pray she's negative. It's been a rollar coaster of emotion with her. She's so sweet. I'm glad my husband found her as she was facing a death sentence with heartworm disease.
