Arrival Story:
I was at the Humane Society and lived in their puppy room. One day in August my mommy and daddy went to the shelter and weren't planning on getting a dog, but just look to see what was available. I was 3 months old. I looked real cute and daddy said he wanted me, and so did my human siblings!
I love running around with my human siblings (I have 6!) and we live on 2.5 acres of land in the country! I have doggy friends in the 'hood! We play in my yard and sometimes I get to visit them in theirs! I like exploring my yard too!

Living in Washington sure is an adventure. On Monday night the power went out! Only Mom's computer was on and the whole house and outside was black! There were no lights or anything and I didn't like it. I stayed near mommy the whole night. I had a hard time sleeping too.
I don't like candles either. They make funny noises and smell weird.

Mommy & Katie took me to the groomers on Wednesday. At first I thought Mommy was taking me back to the pound because I could smell the animals inside. But then I saw the other dogs on their leashes and I was happy! It was fun! We went shopping and I got lots of new toys and treats!
Mommy wanted my nails clipped and rounded. It was loud in the room at the store, and there was another dog that was yelping and it scared me. I was shaking and Mommy had to hold me and pet me because I didn't want to be there anymore. But I made it through my clipping and my nails are short so now I can't scratch anyone.
Once we got outside I saw 2 crows and tried to run to them, but Mommy said no, so I didn't.

Mom and I are still figuring out this website. We're learning a lot! And I love the new friends that I've made!
I can't play outside and I really want to. But there's lots of rain and it's really cold outside. Mommy has only let me out to go potty. I just want to play!
Right now, I'm just sticking in the livingroom because my sissy MaryEllen is vacuuming her bedroom. I don't like that thing!!
Mommy says I get my weekly bath tomorrow if the rain lets up. I hate baths!
