Happy Birthday To Me!

I am eight years old today! I still feel pretty young for an older dog. Mom bought me a new toy for my birthday. I love toys. She also gave me a little extra in my food bowl tonight. I love birthdays.

Happy Holidays

My people have kept me busy with two Meet and Greets in two weeks. Yesterday we did a big M&G at Incredible Pets in Carmichael, CA, which was celebrating its 14th anniversary. Mom and Dad stocked up on dog food because of the greyt sale price. Lots of people stopped by to see me and Fletcher, the two foster kids. We also had our friends George, Misty Blue, Gretta, and Lily. It was cold so we were wearing our colorful coats. Janet makes the best ones! I also wore George's Santa hat because it kept my ears warm. I thought I looked pretty cute in the hat. Who knows, maybe someone who stopped by will be my new forever family!

A Very Long Walk

My foster mom felt badly because we did not get our walk yesterday so today we went to Elk Grove Park and followed the pathway all around the park. Madison and I were so excited by the new sights and smells that we didn't know what to do first - pee, sniff, or walk. We ended up doing all three at once! Mom thought that was funny. There were not many squirrels on this walk, not like the walk around the lake, but it was a nice walk anyway. I think I will take a nap now.
