I'm feeling a lot better, pups. Momma FINALLY found a way to get me to take my pills! She crushes them up until they're like powder, then she sprinkles them in a little scoop of baby food. Then she smears the baby food on a piece of chicken! I want that chicken so bad I'm willing to lick of the ucky part to get to the good stuff! It still tastes bad, but at least I get the chicken after.

I'm acting like my normal self again. Barking at everything, getting the zoomies...Momma says a prayer every night that I don't need no surgery. Me too. And Daddy too. Daddy had his gallbladder out, but I guess it's a lot different for a pup to have theirs taken out. I guess I got my sick gallbladder from Daddy.

Speaking of Daddy, he had to bring out the carpet cleaner today. I got blood everywhere when I came home, so Daddy cleaned it up real good. I don't like that machine, but the carpet smells a lot better. And there's no more blood, which I guess is good.

*yawn* I think it's bedtime, pups! Goodnight, and sweet dreams!

Yeah fur feeling better, and more yeahs for your Momma who discovered the 'trick'!

Hope you don't need surgery either...growlmy had her GB out years and years ago, when that keyhole surgery was still relatively new...wow how things have progressed in medicine even since the mid 90's!

I'm glad to hear that you're on the mend, Fizzy! Good job holding out fur the best possible goodies to be mixed with your pills! I still get mine jammed down my throat when I need them. :0/

Fizzy, I am so glad your Momma found a clever way for you to take your medications, my Momma just opens my mouth really wide and drops tablets in! Glad you're on the mend and My Mommy and me will be keeping our fingers and paws crossed that you won't need an operation!

Howdy, Fizzy! Have you heard about Flavor-Doh? It's great for havin' to get pills! It's like Play-Doh 'cause you take a glob and mold it around the pill, liver or chicken flavor. Bol, we gobble this stuff right down!
