I's So Awesome, I's Jealous of Me-self!
MOMMY'S ON THE ROOFApril 5th 2010 4:18 pm[ View A Comments (7) ] That's right pups, my fearless Mommy 'cited to clean the gutters herself rather than have some 'man' do it for her. I's been barking all day at all the noise she's making! She set up a ladder & climbed up like a cat while carrying a leaf-blower with a long 'string' attached to it (extension cord). My cat-siblings, Sweet-Pea, Tux & Sunshine reported that they was up there cat-napping when Mommy arrived. They were shocked to see her there! Soon after I heard the leaf-blower roaring & it started raining leaves! Bunches & bunches of leaves! 'Bout 1 hour later, Mommy comes down. She used the leaf-blower to blow the leaves out from the gutters & off the roof. Oh, & she said she my bark is so loud & piercing that she could actually hear it over the roaring of the blower! Gee, thanks Mommy that's a GREAT compliment to a dog! Next week she plans to tackle the leaves on the garage.
Blown from the roof ??......... grins Ebby your mommy is so handy! I'd be barking so much. I don't like it when my momma goes outside without me, how could I get to her on the roof?? Glad your mom made it up and down the ladder ok...Mom said I have a lound bark too..it must be our Alpha Bark... If your Mommy gets real good at that leaf blowing chore, she could go into business...BOL! Be careful, though! Woofs! Hee hee... my Momma just gets gloves on and reaches into the gutters from the ladder to clean them out. I bet you barked her good! i was making a very funny sort of barking yesterday and i was told to 'zip it'...well...was mommy surprised when she spotted a man on the roof! he had been called here to do repairs and just went on up without a hello! :o |
