We got a Dyson Handheld

OMDz! My humans are so psyched. They got a Dyson handheld through the Dogster group. That things sucks! I know they show me how much of me ends up in the vacuum. They already had the stand-up Animal, but we love this one two.

The best part is it's rechargeable / cordless so it goes anywhere. No unplugging and plugging as you move about the house.

Their only wish is that the on button didn't have to be be depressed the whole time it was in use.

One Year Is Fur-Ever!

Today is my one year anni-fur-sary in my forever home. Or so my people keep telling me. I don't know what they're talking about. I have always been here, having fun and giving kisses. Would you like a kiss? Anyway, I got some cookies for breakfast which were awesome. I like to eat my cookies in the hallway (after dancing around them) or on the chair where I can get a lot of crumbs everywhere and then spend about 10 minutes licking them up.

Last night my people had Human Play Time and I was not invited. But! I got two lamb bones! Oh my dog! They wanted me to stay out of their way and I did. I even slept on my little bed most of the night. But I was in their bed by morning with kisses so they didn't feel alone.

It's hard out there for a pup

One park is flooded and the other park is too muddy. I don't think I'll ever play again. I miss my dog pals! And also it is cold in here. Guess I'll head back to the heater.

They Call Me Gravyhead

Let me start off by saying that Thanksgiving is the greatest day! I love it, wow! So many laps to sit on, so many people feeding me this thing called TURKEY. Auntie Tina was cooking in the kitchen and I helped. One of the pans was dripping so I got fresh gravy! But it dripped on me too. I got most of it off but can't reach the spot on the back of my neck and head, can you?

Lucky 13

Today at Pet Food Express I went on the scale and I weigh 13 lbs! That means I have gained more than 9 lbs. since I came home in February. I am huge.

Why Do People Think I'm A Boy?

What is up with the humans on the sidewalk thinking I am a boy dog? They are all "What a cute dog!" and then some follow up with "What's his name?" While it is widely acknowledged that I am a cute dog I do not understand this "his" business. My name is Moxie and I am a girl!

Ted & Molly are always telling me I'm a "good girl." All the dogs know I'm a lady. Seriously what is going on with humans?

Yay, Filet!

Today Molly put some of her filet in a kong for me. It took maybe an hour of hard, grueling, kong-in-paws work to get that piece out and eat it all up. Molly said it's called filet mignon and that I'm the luckiest dog in the world. Totally! I have to say that filet mignon is as good as vienna sausage or chicken liver. Well I should get back to licking all the spots on the floor where the kong may have maybe touched.
