Recall tips?

My 7. Month old havanes will run into our neighbors backyardthrough the bars in our fence. Which makes letting her out to potty a struggle. Any advic???

I'd run some chicken wire along the bottom part of the fence so that she can't scoot through. The alternative to this is to take her out on a leash to potty. In the meantime, I'd practice recall obedience-style for about 15-30 min. every day, where I praise her and reward her with treats every time she comes when called.
