I really enjoy this Board, but, I must admit it's not the most functional Board I've ever seen.
You might try re-applying for the Tip, or, using the "contact us' and an Administrator may be able to help.

If you're looking to contact HQ or a staff member, they do not frequent this section of the site often as it's mainly for the members in general to use.

I may be able to help, though. I have a lot of trouble with Dogster e-mail due to my e-mail provider's rigorous spam filter and have talked with HQ about it before.
First off, check your spam folder and if it's there, mark it as safe. If that doesn't work, try adding dogsters@dogster.com to your contacts.
