the vets, care, & staff

mom & dad have taken all of to this wonderful caring hospital for ovcer 20 years. Dr. Duke and Dr. John and all their staff are the best,.they not only do the best for us., they have been there for mom & dad when we had to lose one of our own, they are not only great doctors they are truly wonderful humanitarians, No we have seen them grow in size, not only with small anima;ls but with large animals too. from the simple chek up to Lazer surgery, Emergencyes and even a Csection for me to have 8 wonderful puppies. The staff from the office staff greeting (they love to kiss me" to the scary exam room We always get hugs, and kisses, n wonderful treatment.-Mom & dad get follow up phone calls at home to make sure if We/ve been infor anything that we arre doing ok And if not to come right in so they can fit us in to re check up anything The 24 hour emeergency staff & doctors are all the same high caliber people as the rugular Staff, In fact the doctors who are the owners, pick their emegrency staff so in effect you have 2 hospitals running at the same time. We love them all there, all my kids have gone there. as well as all our family members. They are not just vetsthey listen and are understanding. they care #1 & formost about us and #2 about our mom and dad.,

I nearly died in their care

Don't recommend, Owner doctor (doesn't admit he is owner) I stayed there over night, not even 10 hours and my Mom was charged over 500 with no explanation why they charged 120 more dollars than they had quoted..I was placed in a cage and put on fluids, that is all they did...Dr. put his foot in front of the door when my Mom tried to take me out without playing the extra money, he would not let us out of the exam room and then he told my mom he was going to 'lien' me! What..I was a dying dog and he was going to put me in a cage and put a lien on us if she didn't pay the extra money that they could not explain what the charge was??? Mom called 911, it was a mess. If you go there don't be suprised if you need a second mortgage on your house, they will take everything you have and still may not be able to tell you what it was for! I was very sick and they made matters worse. I did pass on since then but want everyone to know that there are lots of kind vets out there, THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM..
