Great service and snacks & drinks too!
I have taken both my dog Maisy and one of my cats, Wiley, to this vet hospital. As a parent of a two year old child, let me say that I was first very happy that the entrance was at ground level (my last vet had two sets of stairs I had to climb...very hard to haul child and animal up & down them). Once inside their large bright waiting room, they had baskets of toys for my child to play with as well as snacks and refreshments for human and pet alike. In a basket on the counter there were an assorment of goodies: cookies, crackers, granola bars, raisins, etc. They also had a small refridgerator that was stocked with sodas, juice, and bottled water. For pets they had treats and fresh water as well as a basket of pet toys. Each time I have had to make an appointment they almost always had a time that would fit my schedule. And my pets were seen promptly after checking in at the front desk. On the occasion that my semi-ferral cat was seen, they actually groomed him for me for free, as this is a task that is not apprieciated by a cat that does't usually like to be handled by humans...I was surprised and thankful. The techs and the vets are very friendly and knowledgable and their prices seemed comparatively fair. On a follow up visit for my cat they actually didn't charge me for the office visit since the blood work was included in the initial estimate. All in all, the experiences that I have had at this vet have been very positive and they make it so easy for those that have children that need to tag along. Between the snacks, drinks, and toys it keeps the wee ones plenty occupied while our four legged furry friends where being seen by the vet.
