First Class Service

We always travel First Class and we go to the top doctors for our medical needs. So my little girls Anna & Bella get First Class Veterinary care! I have been taking them to Meadow Hills since they were puppies and that is about 3 years now. I went and interviewed at several Vet clinics. Some would not allow me to see the rooms are the surgery suites. Since I knew I had to get my girls neutered. I wanted to check out the places for cleaniness and the up to date equipement. Only a few clinics would allow a tour and when I did take a tour....oh my...so dirty and out of date. Cramped surgery areas and boxed cages after surgery for recovery. I about fainted! I avoided Meadow Hills because I heard of the outragious prices. But I researched and you will only pay about $10 more for a First Class visit and the neuter surgeries for my two girls only cost $68 dollars more each. But what you get is super clean and first rate service and equipment. My girls are bonded and they all listened to my needs for my girls to stay together. We toured the rooms and the whole clinic to the surgery "suites" and recovery rooms and then they are placed in beds for recovery and when they are active they are placed in super clean kennels with warm blankets and soft beds. I was allowed to bring their blankets from home for their recovery kennels. I was allowed to visit them after surgery and see them in the recovery room beds and then again when they were together in their recovery kennel. Then after their final vitals and we got the OK for them to come home. There was no issues with their surgeries and they healed quickly! Now they have no scar. I have had the girls have several emergenies and they worked me right at that time and when Anna swallowed a large rock, and xrayed it, I could see the huge rock in her gut. I still don't know how she even swallowed it! But it had to be removed. She ate several other objects and has had 4 surgeries. Thank goodness this clinic stays open late and on the weekends except for Sunday. They also have a boarding kennel that we have used several times. We now have a in home Pet sitter come and take care of our girls when we are out of town. Everyone at Meadow Hills are very friendly and we have had all the doctors take care of our girls and all of them give their best care and we like them all. They pet and love on my girls and they get special treats for being good. My girls never are afraid of going there. We are present with the doctor as they exam the girls and we can choose to go back and see the shots or the special procedures if we want. Nothing is ever done in secret and out of site with our girls and if it is we are asked to come with them we want to. I can't think of taking them to any other Vet clinic. If you want First Class service and medical care for you pets this is the place to go. They are also opening another clinic in Kennewick by the SouthHill High School.

Lots of love

The folks at Meadow Hills greeted me by getting right down on the floor with me and giving me lots of love and treats. It's the first vet clinic I've ever gone into with my tail wagging after the first visit. They love me! They're not cheap, by any stretch of the imagination, but to my bosses, the wag of the tail is worth the extra expense.
