“As suggested by our name, Alamo Feline Health Center, we offer full veterinary heath care for cats. From routine annual examinations to surgeries, we can treat and diagnose many diseases and conditions that afflict our feline friends. Should your cat require medication, we have an in-house pharmacy. When a doctor prescribes a drug you can leave with it that same day and avoid a trip to the pharmacy. We carry many prescription drugs from antibiotics to potassium supplements. We also can attend to your cat's dental health. We offer teeth cleaning to maintain your cat's winning smile. We are equipped to do extractions if a doctor prescribes them. If you should need to leave for a vacation and need someone to care for your cat in your absence, we offer boarding services. Choices range from regular boarding to luxury boarding with a view. We give each cat special care, attention, and love.”
A great place to trust with your cat's well beingThe doctors and staff here are very knowledgeable and friendly. They give you personalized print outs at the end of your visit detailing what treatment they have given your cat and the course of action for you to follow when you bring him back home. We take my parent's cats there and my sister also uses their services. |
Alamo Feline is my fav-FUR-ite!I went to Alamo Feline for the first time when I was just a little bitty kitten -- 1 lb., 4 ozs.! At first I was scared when they told me I was going to see a doctor, but when I saw this place I wasn't scared at all! It's just like home, and everyone is so nice. (Best of all, there are no nasty dog smells or dog noises anywhere!) You can tell they LOVE cats by the way they talk to you and hold you. They spend lots of time with me and my kitty sister Teddy, making sure we're healthy and strong. Treat your kitty to the best feline health care available in San Antonio, and go see our friends at Alamo Feline! |
Hate going to the vet...But if you have to, this one's the best around. It's a cat-only clinic, which helps. The waiting area is comfortable. Feels like someone's living room and resident "greeter" cats wander over to check out the new visitors. The medical staff is top-notch, especially Dr. Norsworthy, who knows so much and yet never makes you feel stupid asking a question. Plus, they have all sorts of great equipment onsite, including a lab and pharmacy, which means going to the vet is usually a single stop. |
