Great selection, but not great on the training

I love Rob Cary's shop because they sell a lot of premium foods and hard to find pet items that Petsmart and Petco don't carry. However, we were enrolled in the beginner obedience course and I felt like the instructor was just going through the motions. I will probably enroll elsewhere in another course to see if there is any improvement. Boarding seems kind of expensive and I've not yet tried the grooming, but plan to soon. Edit: Upon trying to make my first appointment with the groomer, I wasn't impressed. The girl on the phone was sort of short with me. She told me I needed to bring all of my vaccination records with me. When I said that I had provided that information when I registered for obedience training, she got huffy and said "Well, we don't keep a record on every animal like that. You need to bring it again." I won't be going back except for pet supplies and food.

Puppy Kindergarten

I enjoyed the classes here. The first class though without the dogs just seemed like a waste of time though. A lot of it was spent on different grooming products, foods, etc sold at Rob Cary. Seemed more like a sales pitch. I am signed up for beginners agility there, I'll see how I like that.

Pet Hotel

Both Ella & Cody have stayed at Rob Cary. They are both in great moods when we pick them up & always clean. Never have upset tummys like when they go to some places. Love it there!!
