"Kindness, justice and mercy to every living creature"as stated on their website~ HSNT is a non-profit organization that has served the North Texas area since 1905. HSNT "provides for the well-being of animals who are injured, neglected, mistreated; acts as an advocate on behalf of the animals and ensures their ethical and legal protection; and acts to relieve suffering and prevent cruelty to animals"(paraphrased). our review: NO ANIMAL IS TURNED AWAY.
