“This is an official city Dog Park which has separate areas for small and large dogs. It is right off the street and is well maintained with donations. Very busy on weekends! ”
Generally a great group of folks, but can get crowded on weekends, especially during the spring. Watch out for the muddy spot by the water faucet at the west end of the park, especially if there has been rain. If your dog likes to swim, there's an off leash lake access that can be reached by walking east past the main gates and up the sidewalk between the small and large park sections. The gate at the end can be tricky to open (the latch keeps busting and it usually is held closed with something improvised, this past week, someone brought a bungie cord) but there's a paved lake access beyond it. |
My Dog ParkSince this place is near my home I think it is cool. They are always improving it, and I can meet my friends there. |
