“Shelters local stray animals. Adoption fees are reasonable. They work with the Commerce Humane Society to try avoid putting the animals down.”
City Animal ShelterI almost went there.... but Angel's mom got me and put me into the Commerce Humane Association program. I am getting to retire from having babies. The Commerce Humane Association rescues from this shelter and has a no-kill shelter near Wolfe City. The Frank Barchard Memorial Animal Shelter. There are lots of kitties and doggies there, and some are on Dogster and Catster! Miss Kitty and I are in a foster home right now. I hope I get to go visit one of the pet stores and see EVERTYONE! I just wanted to say that -- because sometimes people get the Commerce Humane Association confused with the Commerce City Shelter! |
paws up to our local animal shelterI don't have any experience with animal shelters the adoption fees are reasonable and there is a few dogs and cats to choose from but there isn't much history on them to go by. |
Animal ShelterPersonally I don't like the city animal shelter because they DO have to put some animals down when they get over-crowded. But they try and avoid it as much as possible. Sadly they have plenty of dogs and cats to choose from, but after adopting I would take straight to the vet before bringing them home with me and my fursiblings. I would also recommend ur moms and dads to change their clothes and wash their hands before handling us. City Animal Shelthers carry parvo and distemper. grrr |
