“Brown Trail Animal Hospital was founded in 1973 by Dr. Fred A. Palmer. The original practice, located approximately one mile south of the existing facility, flourished rapidly, and an expansion was soon needed. In 1981, construction of the current facility was completed. In 1993, Dr. Palmer offered Dr. Kirk D. Weicht the opportunity to purchase Brown Trail Animal Hospital. Dr. Weicht worked with Dr. Palmer for several years as a student and an associate veterinarian before becoming sole owner in 1994. Following graduation May 2000, Dr. Heater B. Campbell joined Brown Trial Animal Hospital. Being blessed with a very loyal clientele, the practice continues to grow serving a variety of pets including dogs, cats, and many exotic species. ”

Animal Hospital

This emergency clinic was very friendly. They assisted us with our hurt pet in a very timely fashion. They did a great job preforming our dog's surgery and was very informative about his discharge care. It was expensive but could have been much worse. I recommend them for pet emergency care.

Dr. Campbell

Jesse James here. I have to admit I DO NOT like going to the vet. Trust me - my mommy has gone through at least 4 trying to find someone who did not scare me off my rocker. Dr. Campbell is still a litle scary - hey I'm a cat everything is scary to me when it smells like a vet - but she is awesome! She is so patient with me. My other vets would get frustrated and force things with me. One word fecal - yeah we don't go there. Dr. Campbell takes her time and I don't mind so much her looking in my ears and taking my temperature and stuff, and she's never tried that other procedure. She lets mommy bring in a sample. Now the worst part about going to the vet is listening to my sister Cowgirl complain (she's such a whiner!!) - Oh and the car ride. From The Owner: As the owner of two very picky kitties I really did go through several vet practices before I found one that could cater to both cats at once. Dr. Campbell and the staff at Brown Trail are just amazing. They are so patient with my crazy cats. I have had vets in the past that force a fecal or gave shots even when it was clear the cat was uncomfortable. Dr. Campbell never forces anything and always puts the cats at ease as much as possible before a procedure. We love her and would not dream of going any place but Brown Trail.
