best pet store in Austin!After the pet food recall earlier this year, I went in to Bark n Purr with concerns. A sales associate spent thirty minutes with me, educating me on all the brands that they carry- and why none of them were on the recall list. They stock many brands- that are human grade ingredients and organic, even raw foods. I feel that the level of customer service there is high and they put a lot of thought into the products they carry. They also have great pet beds, toys, and supplements. I believe in supporting locally owned and independently operated businesses- and this one sets the bar so high it is easy to refer them to everyone! |
Great selection of toysDuuuuuude, I LOVE it when the humes go to Bark 'n Purr. They must have a tewtally righteous selection of toys, because the humes never fail to bring me home something radical I've never seen before. Plus, you know how the humes will get you a catnip toy from one of those bogus mega-chain retail ops, and it's like, completely stale and gross? Yeah, no way - the toys they buy at Bark 'n Purr are loaded with some preeeeeemium stinky grade-A nip, bros. The humes say these dewds carry a lot of specialty toys, collars, and food...bros, if your humes don't mind parting with a little extra coin, you are going to see a seeeerious uptick in quality.
