(TVDR) is a nonprofit organization that receives animals from various sources, such as people moving, people who cannot afford to keep their pets any longer, pets that have been abandoned, animal shelters, and from cruelty cases that have been reported to Animal Control. Our goal is to place unwanted, abandoned animals in suitable homes. Foster homes are key to the number of animals we are able to rescue.
