Lower Allen Community Park/Dog Park

I have only been a few times, but now that I can go more often, I'm getting pretty excited! I like the run space and I LOVE the squeak toys that are left around the park!! I met some poodles--kinda like me and they were a hoot!! 5 paws up...so far:-) i hope to meet some of you there! ok, i hate to do this...but i lower my rating to 4 paws, because it seems that everytime we go there, there's always at least 1, if not more "dog experts." it's great to share tips and stuff, but everyone thinks they know the best training method and they share it in a forceful way, not always so friendly. it's a play park ppl! as long as we're all getting along, what's the deal?

Doggie Dugout

This doggie park is very well maintained. There is a small dog and large dog side. Everyone that brings their dogs are very friendly and all the dogs seem to have a great time. The park, in general, is also great to walk your dogs (on leash outside of the Doggie Dugout) on the many trails...especially right along the creek.
