“An off-leash dog park is a secured area restricted to dogs and their owners. More than just room to roam, the creation of a dog park allows dogs to exercise and socialize safely in a park like setting.”
Fun, safe, and lots of good dogs!I love this dog park because i have a lot of friends that go to this park. There are rules posted up on a bulletin board. Big dogs go in the right park and little dogs go in the left fenced park. You should have on hand your latest rabies shots or a tag. This is nice so that we all know that it is a safe park. The first time that my mom and i went to the park The doggies were very sweet to me! The dog owners were so nice to my mom and me! One nice man brought a package of safe doggie treats for all of the doggies! of course he asked my mom if it was okay to give me one. There is clean small swimming pool for us to drink or take a dip in...There is a water hose and water for us to drink, bucket of toys for us doggies to play with! Oh boy! Also, there is a bench with some shade for my mom to sit at while i play with the other doggies. It is fun! You should come see the doggies. We can play for hours...and hours!!1 |
more directions to find it!The park is located on approximately two acres at the corner of North Grand Boulevard and Lake Hefner Parkway in northwest Oklahoma City. Turn north on the paved road east of the Grand Boulevard / Lake Hefner Parkway overpass. Continue north and park by the baseball fields. A six-foot black vinyl cyclone fence encloses the entire dog park. posted: January 25th, 2009 |
